Driven by her interest in epidemiology, she pursued and obtained her Masters of Science in Epidemiology from the University of Washington.

Dr. Altrock’s journey then led her to the bustling city of New York, where she attended dental school at New York University College of Dentistry (NYUCD). It was during this time that she fell in love with the city and met her partner, Dr. Fabb, a native New Yorker.

After completing her dental education, Dr. Altrock further honed her skills through a dental residency program at USC, where she provided care to veterans at the VA Hospital and medically compromised patients at Los Angeles County+USC Medical Center.

Dr. Altrock is deeply involved in organized dentistry, serving as the incoming president for the San Diego Dental Society. She has held various leadership roles at the local, state, and national levels, advocating for improved patient care and advancements in the profession. Her dedication has been recognized through numerous awards, including Top 40 under 40 dentists in 2020, Top Dentist awards since 2018, and prestigious nominations to Pierre Fauchard Academy and International College of Dentists.

Dr. Robert Bey, DDS, brings decades of experience and a commitment to excellence to his dental practice, serving the San Diego community with compassionate care and advanced dental techniques.

Dr. Bey’s academic journey began with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana. He then pursued his passion for dentistry, earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the prestigious University of Southern California in Los Angeles.

Since 1988, Dr. Bey has been dedicated to providing exceptional dental care to his patients in San Diego, initially at his central Clairemont location. In 2014, he expanded his practice with the opening of a state-of-the-art dental office in Kearny Mesa, further enhancing his ability to serve the community.

A lifelong learner, Dr. Bey is actively involved in professional organizations such as the American Dental Association (ADA), the California Dental Association, and the San Diego County Dental Society. He also participates in local study clubs, including the San Diego Cerec Study Club and the Trojan Dental Study Club, to stay abreast of the latest advancements in dentistry. Originally from Romania, Dr. Florescu earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the esteemed University Carol Davila in Bucharest. Following her education, she completed a rigorous General Practice Residency program at the University of Craiova, further honing her skills and expertise in dentistry.

In 2001, Dr. Florescu became a Board Certified General Dentist in the state of California, embarking on her journey to provide exceptional dental care to patients in San Diego. In 2008, she founded La Jolla Colony Dental, a boutique dental office known for its dedication to excellence and personalized service for patients of all ages.

Dr. Florescu’s passion for dentistry drives her to continually enhance her skills and knowledge through Continuing Education programs from prestigious Dental Institutes. She specializes in restorative and cosmetic dentistry, striving to create beautiful, healthy smiles for her patients. After earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Loma Linda University in 1992, Dr. Muniyappa embarked on her career in private practice, where she has dedicated nearly 20 years to delivering top-notch dental care to her patients. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to staying at the forefront of advancements in dentistry, continually seeking opportunities to expand her knowledge and skills.

In 2009, Dr. Muniyappa completed a maxi-course in implant dentistry conducted by Loma Linda University and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, further enhancing her expertise in this specialized area of dentistry. Dr. Natalie Bailey, DDS, is proud to be a part of the Advanced Dentistry team, where she works alongside her mother, Dr. Suzanne Popp, to help each patient achieve their unique oral health goals. With a combination of enthusiasm, poise, and a gentle nature, Dr. Bailey brings a compassionate approach to dental care.

Growing up in a dental office, Dr. Bailey spent significant time assisting her mother with patient care and witnessing the transformative power of dentistry. Inspired by her experiences, she decided to pursue a career in dentistry during high school. With a passion for science and art, she recognized dentistry as the perfect blend of her interests, allowing her to positively impact people’s smiles and overall health.

Dr. Bailey attended Marquette School of Dentistry as a Pre-Dental Scholar, an opportunity that enabled her to save a year of schooling. After completing her undergraduate studies in the biomedical science department, she continued her education at Marquette’s College of Dentistry in Milwaukee, WI, earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.
