Dr. Augusto Darwin, DDS
Dr. Augusto Darwin grew up in Fortaleza, Brazil, and earned his degree in Dentistry at the Federal University of Ceara in 1994, followed by a specialization in Pediatric Dentistry in Sao Paulo. He later received his Orthodontics degree from the Brazilian Dental Association and completed his Master’s and Ph.D. at the Federal University of Ceara in 2008 and 2018, respectively. Dr. Darwin has extensive teaching experience, having coordinated the orthodontic specialty program at Fortaleza Hospital, Ceara, and served as faculty at UNIFOR and UNIFAMETRO universities.
In 2019, Dr. Darwin moved to Rochester, NY, where he completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) Residency Program in 2021. He is proficient in contemporary orthodontic techniques, including Invisalign, and is dedicated to providing exceptional and enjoyable orthodontic care for children, teens, and adults.
Outside of his professional life, Dr. Darwin enjoys spending time with his friends and family, playing soccer, and watching movies. His commitment to excellence in orthodontics and patient care makes him a valued member of the community.
Dr. Gaby Bahri, DDS
Dr. Gaby Bahri, born in Lebanon, moved to the United States in 1989 after a decade of comprehensive dental education. He earned his DDS from Faculte de Medecine Dentaire Saint Joseph University in Beirut, Lebanon, from 1977 to 1982. Furthering his expertise, he obtained certificates in Fixed Prosthodontics, Materials Used in Dentistry, Dentofacial Orthopedics, and Orthodontics from renowned universities in Paris.
Dr. Bahri has made significant contributions to dental education, teaching the review course for the Florida licensing test with Board Preps Inc. for over 15 years. Since 2003, he has been an Adjunct Clinical Professor at Jacksonville University. His extensive knowledge and dedication to the field have earned him a respected reputation in the orthodontic community.

Dr. Mary Keezel , DMD
Dr. Mary Keezel, DMD, was born and raised in Cape Coral, Southwest Florida. Her fascination with dentistry began at the age of five after watching the classic Christmas movie, “Rudolph,” where she identified with Hermey, the elf who wanted to be a dentist. This early inspiration led her to explore the field of dentistry further. After completing her orthodontic treatment as a teenager, she began shadowing various dental professionals and found a mentor in an orthodontist who supported her journey.
Dr. Keezel attended Florida State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. She then moved to Boston, Massachusetts, to attend Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, where she received her dental degree. Although she enjoyed the change of seasons in Boston, she missed the Florida lifestyle. Upon completing her dental degree, she returned to Florida and completed her orthodontic residency at Jacksonville University School of Orthodontics. During her residency, she met the love of her life, Dr. Andrew Mancia, and they are excitedly planning their wedding for March 2022.
In her free time, Dr. Keezel enjoys watching and playing soccer, snowboarding, spending time with family and friends, and trying new activities, including learning to surf. She is thrilled to be part of the Coastline Orthodontics family and is dedicated to providing exceptional care to her patients. Dr. Keezel is grateful to be a part of her patients’ orthodontic journeys and looks forward to creating beautiful smiles in the Jacksonville community.
Dr. Randolph J. Hayes, DMD
Dr. Randolph J. Hayes, D.M.D., M.S., is a highly respected orthodontist with a distinguished career dedicated to creating beautiful smiles. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Tulane University and his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry at Birmingham Medical Center. There, he also completed his orthodontic residency and received a Master’s degree. Additionally, Dr. Hayes completed a hospital/general practice residency at the VA Medical Center in New Orleans.
In 1990, Dr. Hayes established his private practice in Ponte Vedra Beach, and in the fall of 1993, he expanded with an additional office in the West Beaches/East Arlington area. His extensive research has been published in the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics, showcasing his commitment to advancing the field of orthodontics.
Dr. Hayes is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Association of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association, the Southern Association of Orthodontists, the Florida Dental Association, and the Florida Association of Orthodontists. He also supports and participates in numerous community and charitable organizations, reflecting his dedication to giving back to the community.
Outside of his professional life, Dr. Hayes enjoys spending time with his family and friends and engaging in various outdoor activities such as golf, tennis, boating, and travel. He is also actively involved in his children’s numerous sporting events, demonstrating his commitment to family.

Dr. Leandra Dopazo, DDS
Dr. Leandra Dopazo is a dedicated orthodontist with over 15 years of experience in creating beautiful, healthy smiles. Inspired by a passion for orthodontics and a commitment to building lasting relationships with her patients, Dr. Dopazo and her team provide a fun-loving atmosphere that makes patients feel like family from the moment they walk through the door. A Florida native raised in Brazil, Dr. Dopazo earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 1997, graduating at the top of her class. She then attended the University of Florida’s Orthodontic Residency Program, where she received her Master of Science degree and Certificate in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. After operating her orthodontic practice in Brazil for several years, she returned to Florida in 2005 to serve as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Florida’s Orthodontic Department, focusing on the clinical training of future orthodontists. In 2011, Dr. Dopazo moved to Jacksonville to dedicate herself to her current practice in the San Marco area.
Dr. Dopazo combines her skillful artistry with the latest orthodontic techniques, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment like the iTero® Digital Scanner for enhanced patient comfort and precise digital models. She is also a 2018 Invisalign® Gold Provider, showcasing her extensive experience in treating adults and teens with clear aligners.
Actively involved in organized dentistry, Dr. Dopazo has served as president of the Northeast District Dental Association and is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Association of Orthodontists, Southern Association of Orthodontists, and the Florida Dental Association.
In her personal life, Dr. Dopazo is blessed to be married to Abe since 1995. They have two children, Lucca and Enzo. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to the beach, cooking, traveling, and participating with the Rotary Club of South Jacksonville.
Dr. Hayley Woolfson, DMD
Dr. Woolfson, originally from Toronto, Ontario, Canada, has aspired to be an orthodontist since childhood. She completed her undergraduate studies in biology at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree. Driven by her passion for orthodontics, Dr. Woolfson moved to South Florida to attend Nova Southeastern University. There, she earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree and continued her advanced education to receive a certificate in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics, as well as a Master of Science in Dentistry degree.
During her time at Nova Southeastern University, Dr. Woolfson met Dr. Dubiner, and they married soon after. Together, they have built a practice focused on delivering exceptional orthodontic care to their patients. Dr. Woolfson is dedicated to creating beautiful, healthy smiles and improving the lives of her patients through her expertise in orthodontics.
